UAE aid reflects Sheikh Khalifa's humanitarian vision: Mansour bin Zayed

H. H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, yesterday said the UAE humanitarian assistance worldwide reflects the humanitarian vision of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, which translates the UAE's tolerance spirit and openness to other peoples to boost world security and peace.

He also praised the support and follow up by His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, to all types of humanitarian and charity work.

Sheikh Mansour made the remarks, while receiving at the presidential palace the UAE medical relief team. He added that their role boosts the UAE's image and strengthens the relations with other countries, besides it eases the suffering of patients and injured through the provision of curative, surgical and preventive services to the children and elderly. - Emirates News Agency, WAM
