UAE denounces terrorist attack in Lahore City of Pakistan

The UAE has denounced the terrorist attack in Lahore city of Pakistan on Monday in which tens of people were killed and injured.

The UAE Foreign Ministry issued a statement yesterday that the UAE denounced in strong terms despicable crime committed by the terrorist elements, which targeted Police Academy at suburb of Lahore city yesterday killing 20 police and injuring tens others.

It stressed full solidarity with Pakistani Government in dealing with the terrorist acts and called on the Pakistani people to back their government in order to combat terrorism and ensure stability in Pakistan.

The Foreign ministry offered heartfelt condolences to the Pakistani government and bereaved families of the victims. May God rest their souls in eternal peace. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
