UAE elected member of executive office of Arab Justice Ministers Council

The Arab Justice Ministers Council yesterday elected the UAE as member of its executive office. Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Awqaf, Mohammed bin Nakhira Al Dhahiri, led the UAE delegation to the 20th meeting of the council, which opened yesterday in Cairo. Dr. Ali Ibrahim Al Hossani, Assistant Under Secretary for Fatwa Affairs, Legislations and State Issues, said today that the UAE had been elected to the membership of the Council, under the chairmanship of Egypt, the vice chairmanship of Saudi Arabia and membership of Yemen and Morocco, in addition to the UAE.
