UAE envoys in Brussels and Paris receives small Emirati inventor

Brussels: Sulaiman Hamed Al Mazroui, UAE Ambassador to Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and European Union, has received in his office at the UAE Embassy, Adib Sulaiman Al Bulooshi, a child inventor, nicknamed as "Small Emirati Scientist. He was accompanied by his father.

Al Bulooshi took part at Green Carbon Conference, held in Brussels from April 1- 3.

The envoy welcomed the small inventor, commending the state's efforts to sponsor such promising talents. He is sponsored by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.

Al Bulooshi aged 9, showed his talent when he invented a number of devices, especially medical devices for people with special needs. He is apparently induced by the condition of his paralysed father.

The envoy welcomed the small inventor, congratulating him on his innovations that serve the disabled people who work in the field of general services. He urged him to harness the scientific and technological capabilities being provided by the state to further score greater achievements.

Al Bulooshi left the UAE on a tour that takes him to seven advanced countries under patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai. Small Emirati inventor is accompanied by his family in the trip that takes him to US, France, the UK, Ireland, Germany, Italy and Belgium.

The trip programme has been designed in a scientific manner that takes into account the school obligations of the small inventor. The Crown Prince of Dubai has tasked Emirates Institution for Advanced Science and Technology (EIAST) to assess the impact of trip and participation at conferences on the small inventor to ensure how best he benefits from them. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
