The Government Communications of the Office Ministry of Cabinet Affairs has launched its second Visual Identity Guideline with the aim of regulating and unifying the use of UAE emblems by all federal ministries, internally and externally.

The launch of the guidelines came during a workshop of the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs that drew 90 government officials from 17 federal ministries. The workshop focused on the importance of the federal governments' visual identity, highlighting approved standards of designs for items such as information leaflets, brochures, print advertisements, Power Point presentations and business cards.

The Government Communication Office launched recently a brief guide for ministries and another guide for authorities, councils and other federal programmes. It also conducted a series of workshops and meetings to build an integrated system for intra-government communications across the UAE's federal entities. – Gulf News
