DAFZA's Hadef Al Shamsi said more discussions with Iranian businessmen are progressing and some more deals are expected to be finalised. Iran is a growing market especially in industrial sector and the country is exploring new export destinations for its products, he added. EMAAR Properties representatives said a Dh18 million deal for six flats and four plots in Dubai's Marina and Emirates Hills projects are about to be finalised. "We are quite satisfied with the response from Iranians to the project, Mansour Al Othaimin, EMAAR's director of sales said.
