Zaragoza - The UAE youth has succeeded in presenting the bright image of their country through voluntary work at the UAE Pavilion at the current edition of Expo Zaragoza 2008 in Spain. Clad in the Emarati traditional clothes, the young students' work at the Pavilion which is overseen by the National Media Council (NMC) includes handing out brochures, media advisories and publications as well as answering all answers by visitors about the UAE.
They also organised the flow of around 7000 visitors into the UAE Pavilion and offered elaborate tourist information on their country. Director of the UAE Pavilion at Expo Zaragoza 2008 Abdullah Aidarous said voluntary work has become a standard which reflecting the degree of development a certain society has achieved. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
