The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) of the UAE on Tuesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Belgium's Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) to boost cooperation on securities. The agreement was signed in Brussels by Abdullah Al-Tarifi, CEO of the Securities and Commodities Authority and Jean-Paul Servais, Chairman of FSMA.

The MoU aims to provide a framework for cooperation and mutual understanding to eventually contribute to increasing the flow of foreign investments into the UAE and Belgium through common listing of securities in both countries, according to Al-Tarifi. - Emirates News Agency, WAM
