Antonio Guterres UN High Commissioner for Refugees has praised UAE's generous support for UN's humanitarian programmes.

Addressing Crisis and Emergency Management Conference 2014 which opened earlier yesterday in Abu Dhabi, Guterres lauded the role played by H.H.
