Water: H2O = Life Water Exhibition website launched

The Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage has officially launched a website dedicated to its exhibition: "Water: H2O = Life." The Exhibition is being held in Qasr Al Hosn Cultural Quarter Hall in Abu Dhabi from 19th, September 2011 and will continue until 5th, January 2012.

The new website contains valuable information in both Arabic and English languages, as well as a variety of downloadable publications such as educational guides, illustrated local folktales, water heritage in the UAE, and exhibition brochure.

Visitors can also enjoy browsing through multimedia features on this website including educational videos, photo galleries of events such as the opening, local school visits to the exhibition, seminars, as well as a collection of rare, black and white pictures of the Aflaj in Abu Dhabi.

"Water: H2O = Life" water exhibition, organised in cooperation with the American Museum of Natural History, offers visitors first-hand information about the power of water and its importance in nature and our daily lives, while shedding light on the challenges we faced for the sustainable management of this vital, but limited, resource. - Emirates News Agency, WAM
