TAMEER, real estate developer in the Middle East, announced the delivery of its landmark residential project Princess Tower, which soars at 414m high over the Dubai Marina skyline.
Earlier this year, the tower was officially recognised as the World Tallest Residential Building by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat 'CTBUH' and the Guinness World Records 'GWR'.
Occupying a land area of 37,410 square feet, the tower comprises of 6 basement levels, a ground floor and 100 levels above.
Princess Tower offers 763 individual units, including 1, 2, 3 bedrooms and penthouses and is supported by 957 parking bays, while 8 retail shops located on ground level offer shopping convenience.
Commenting on the delivery of the project, Federico Tauber, President of TAMEER, said, "With the flourishing sophistication of the UAE's real estate market and immense demand for more unique and exclusive developments, Tameer ventured into building state-of-the-art projects such as Princess Tower and Elite Residence. We are proud to announce the completion of Princess Tower considered as a true achievement in architecture and construction terms in addition to a unique location in Dubai Marina".
The 97th multifunction floor features a unique dedicated recreational area where residents can enjoy a wonderful 360 degree panorama of the Marina, the Palm Jumeirah, Sheikh Zayed Road and all nearby landmarks and organise a variety of relaxing or social activities.
To add convenience and flexibility to different activity requirements, the space can be divided into several individual partitions by simply reconfiguring closure panels.
On the 5th and 6th levels, residents can access a host of desirable amenities such as fully equipped gymnasiums, swimming pools, billiard and table tennis rooms.
Tauber continued, "The ability to face these exceptionally challenging market conditions were only achieved with the help of Tameer owners, the support and trust of our clients - whose contribution we sincerely recognise and appreciate - the efforts of our investors, contractors, Tameer management team and also government officials from Dubai Land Department, RERA, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, and many others". – Emirates News Agency, WAM
