Over five thousand pupils, their teachers and parents joined together in a triangular effort to create a magnificent science and arts exhibition in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday.
Themed on science and art, the Scienceart , setup in more than 100 class rooms and corridors of the Model School in Abu Dhabi showcased a wide variety of exhibits covering science, culture, arts, literature, linguistics, history and commerce.

Fatima Al Yousuf wanted something with which to remember her family home.

Mohammed bin Rashid signs "40 Poems from the Desert" Posted on 05/12/2011
UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum signed the new poetry diwan "40 Poems from the Desert," which features a collection of his old and new poems, at a special launch ceremony held at the Ara Gallery in Downtown Dubai - Burj Khalifa.
The Diwan, released in 10,000 fine print copies, was prepared by the Government of Dubai Media Office in celebration of the 40th National Day of the United Arab Emirates.

Falcons, wind towers, palm trees and dhows are all familiar symbols that represent the UAE, seen on stamps and banknotes to the crests of government bodies.
So prevalent are they today that, as the country prepares to celebrate the 40th anniversary of its birth, we perhaps take them for granted.

âIslamic Science Rediscovered', also known as âSultans of Science' â the global travelling exhibition created by Dubai- and Cape Town-based MTE Studios â is to return revamped to the US by popular demand.
