Etihad, Airbus negotiating A380 delivery date

Etihad Airways, the state carrier of Abu Dhabi, is in talks about delaying receipt of Airbus A380 superjumbos while bringing other deliveries forward as it seeks to post a profit by the end of next year. Etihad will add three new Airbus A330 jetliners this year, CEO James Hogan said yesterday in an interview. Emirates to start Senegal flights

Emirates will begin operations to Dakar, the capital city of Senegal, starting from September 1 this year, the carrier said yesterday in a statement. The route would be the airline's 106th international destination from Dubai. Emirates will operate non-stop flights to Dakar five times a week, using Airbus A340-300 aircraft on the route.
