Dublin - UAE Ambassador to Ireland Khaled Nasser Lootah and the Secretary General of Irish Department of Foreign Affairs David Cooney have discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to further promote them in various areas. Washington, DC - US president's envoy to the Middle East, Senator George Mitchell will visit the region soon to resume efforts for the success of indirect peace talks between Palestinians and Israelis, disclosed an official at the U.S. State Department.
The official, who declined to be named, said that Mitchell will soon arrive in the region.
