The Emirates Identity Authority has achieved a rate of 91 percent in customer satisfaction during 2013, accounting for 3 percent rise compared to the 88 percent achieved in 2012 and 10 percent increase from 2011. These results were revealed through a survey conducted by Emirates ID to measure its customer satisfaction.
