The Dubai Government will spend Dh70 million this summer to woo visitors to the Dubai Summer Surprises, the annual 73-day summer festival. Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS 2005), the largest summer promotion in the Middle East, will involve 17 government departments and will be supported by 12 public and private sector organisations, officials said.
