General information

There have been many books published on the United Arab Emirates dealing with different aspects of the country, its history and its people. The UAE's National Media Council has commissioned a number of such books, a list of which is available in the bookshop section of the site. Among these is the United Arab Emirates Yearbook, published annually by the Ministry, which provides a wide-ranging, up-to-date resource for anyone interested in an informed overview of the rapid changes taking place in all spheres of UAE life.
